My work w TrueNorth Ed Coop builds the capacity for racial equity within a network of member districts. I appreciate the challenge of thinking beyond single school and districts. Looking forward to our next session. 👍🏾 #stuckimproving.
Thank you to @DecoteauIrby for pushing TrueNorth and member districts to engage in race conscious data exploration! Team members were challenged in using a root cause analysis to identify strategies to disrupt current practices and create equity for students of color in schools.
