After months of hiding behind a smokescreen, $Palm has finally admitted that their 'First 3D Game' is not up to standard. Following persistent bugs and flaws in nearly every aspect, they have decided to shut it down. It looks like @palmaierc dev is finally owning up.

This is a classic example of a company rushing out a patch, trying to sweep their mistakes under the rug, and shifting the blame onto the researcher who uncovered their flaws. Unfortunately, this defensive and shortsighted approach is all too common among stubborn companies.
