Thanks Katy. I’m not a great one with change especially in a sport I love & been a part of for most of my life. But we have to learn to accept change or at least try or we will get left way behind many other women’s sports…
@MelR18 @DebbieHallas @stephennaylor I think netball twitter can be a very negative space at times sadly. A lot don't seem to like change. I'm happy to get behind those who are trying their absolute best to drive our sport forward and towards professionalisation.

- on reflection, would clubs have recruited any differently? Probably Not. - Am I excited? YES!!! Nothing worse than a game that’s over in the 2nd quarter. Gives teams chance to come back. Creates excitement! Works in SSN & there have been some fantastic games. +improves shooting

Here’s my two penneth… - Did clubs know before recruitment? No, I did push for this as knew was potential for it. - Was there a subsequent consultation? Yes, I was on the group 👍 made up of key people, directors, coaches, players, officials, commercial. Who all agreed. 1/2

Also a big promoter of our home nations. I believe that being stronger together we will get more competitive games without having to travel to the other side of the world. More pressure for more home nations to qualify for CWG/NWC etc

I’m also a huge Roses 🌹 fan. Taken 100+ club members to the last 4 World Cups, around the world. I want them to succeed & our league is there to underpin their successes. Proud to contribute what I can to elevate our league. Hopefully bringing more 🌹 success!
