Fast USDC is an on-chain "solver". Using @agoric Orchestration, it quickly moves USDC from Eth chains to @cosmos chains (and others coming soon), using onchain liquidity, onchain decisioning, onchain settlement, etc. Very capital efficient, too! . What else needs to escape.
