Don’t understand how @7mate can show episodes of Pawn Stars with captions from 6.30pm to 7.30pm every week night yet doesn’t provide captions when airing its new series ‘Pawn Stars Do America’ ( I know it has captions within when aired in USA so are we treated differently in Oz?

@Channel9 are not just promoting the Olympics but also Paralympics including contracting people with disabilities as commentators. Yet those who can ‘hear’ have a choice how they wish to watch these events eg free-to-air, streaming & digital apps. But not ALL are captioned? Why?
