@KTVU Thanks for sharing Tom's passion project. I'm a proud #AAPI (born/raised in California). Growing up #mentalhealth was a taboo topic. I had a #tigermom, and a quiet dad. The drive to over-achieve introduced me other issues (burnout). I take care of my mental and physical health.
