I’ve been trying to get ahold of @CA_EDD for 5 weeks and I finally got as far on the phone lines to be waiting on hold for the first time ever. 2 hours on hold and now it seems like someone picked up my call and muted me! Had hold music, then a noise and now silence!.

Today is my 4 year anniversary of moving to LA!There have been lots of ups and downs, but I'm still so happy to be here!.

Things I've learned about dealing with customer service. If someone can't/won't help you, ask someone else and repeat until you get helped!.

When you're getting an X-Ray of an injured body part and the tech keeps coming in and not-so-carefully moving it to get the right angle. 😱😰😡.
