@lithium2300 Small but important update to Synchro Undead since I started playing retro formats again. 3 Goblin Zombies is a must after all to maximize opening with it to lead to the OTK. And just 1 Zombie Master (over 1 Dark Grepher) is needed to combo off when Zombies are in hand & not GY.

@lithium2300 Tele-DAD and Undead Synchro are my two favorite Decks and I wanna see them win(!) 😁, so I thought I would offer you my suggestions. Thanks for holding the Cross-Banlist Cup year after year and keep up the great work!

@lithium2300 Cold Wave is also an option, but I am hesitant to play it in a Deck with a partial reliance on Spells. Puppet Plant and Electric Virus were also considerations, but they are a little narrow.

@lithium2300 Now onto the Side Deck: Rai-Oh + Mobius are traditional aggro anti-backrow monsters. RGBT released in early Feb '09 in the OCG, so Trap Stun is legal to play. These are better to play than Decrees because they advance the game state and don't leave you without your own defenses.

@lithium2300 Teching just 1 Oppression is fine for all DARK Synchro Decks of the Sept. 2008 format, as it is double-edged. On that topic, Oppression DAD existed in the TCG because the game could still be played slow. For future CBC's, Tele-DAD should appear with 3 Tele or 2 Tele 1 Oppression.

@lithium2300 Only 2 Burial from a Different Dimension are ran because it is dependent on you having the combo first. You could perhaps play a 3rd E-Tele over Brain or Trunade if you think those Spells have less value in the CBC. I'd keep the Solemns though since you do need some defense.

@lithium2300 There are only 2 Allures because you are only running vital monsters that you want to put into play. There is no excessive redundancy (e.g. 3rd GZ) nor are there "filler" cards like Diamond Dude, Tomato or Sangan (in TCG Tele-DAD).

@lithium2300 The only monsters at 3 are the ones you absolutely need 3 of. You don't need 3 Goblin Zombies for example because Dark Grepher contributes to both the Mali & Zombie engines. Armageddon Knight is only good for dumping a Mali if he hasn't been drawn, so you only need 1 copy of him.

Yo @lithium2300, for the next Cross Banlist Cup, I implore you to play this "Kin-Tele-Undead" list. It is crucial to have discard oulets in the Main Deck when playing Mali to get your combos started, and Dark Grepher is the best one because he also puts PSZ into the GY.
