A Leave voter on the radio this morning - “We are leaving Europe on January 31st.” This is fundamentally wrong on two counts:- 1. We are not leaving Europe. 2. We are not leaving the EU on January 31st due to the extension period.

No @MailOnline, the Extradition Act 2003 is NOT itself an international treaty - it is a piece of domestic legislation. Why don’t you ask a lawyer before writing stuff about the law?

It gets even better - they have just elected a Tory MP - they are going to teach themselves a lesson by cutting their own heads off!

The BBC's Laura Kuenssberg took a rare swipe at Remainers and MPs who spent three years trying to "undo" Brexit as she warned them that history will question their attempt sto overturn the referendum...

The #Titanic memorial in #Liverpool that isn't a Titanic memorial. Between being commissioned and unveiled it was extended to all "Heroes of the Marine Engine Room" perhaps the first memorial in the UK to "ordinary" people (other than military).

#Chinese sailors in #Liverpool in 1942 - a remarkable photograph by Bert Hardy from an exhibition at the Open Eye Gallery @OpenEyeGallery 2014. These men were probably forcibly repatriated at the end of the war - a despicable act by the British Government.

I heard a caller on the radio talking about the Labour leadership and in particular Keir Starmer. The caller was from Wakefield and he said: “how on earth can people up north relate to a London elite lawyer?” and 30 seconds later he said that he voted for Boris Johnson.

This is your daily reminder that you have millions of friends and allies in the EU. Also, 'tis not necessarily the season to be jolly. Is the world hard to bear? Do you have reasons to grieve? Carry that feeling with you as legitimate. You are worthy of joy no matter what.
This is your daily reminder that you have millions of friends and allies in the EU. Also, now more than ever, remember to block trolls and bots. They are there to leech on your discourse and get you down and low so you don't fight back. Defy them by cutting them off. Go you!!!!!
