Saga continues. @skytv have full control of my account according @virginmedia Sky say that’s not true and only the account holder can cancel TV services. But Virgin won’t cancel my TV and will continue to charge me £216 per month until Sky do the full swap.

Still trying to cancel @virginmedia tv package. They are now quoting made up information about the one touch switch. Meanwhile, my bill has gone from £104 per month to £194 to £216 and they won’t cancel. Avoid ever joining @virginmedia
