Outside of the tournament portion, it was great to meet new people and hang out with some I only knew in passing prior. Really enjoyed the talks and meeting @Foxhoundfl and B-hop through @debaserferret, and shoutouts to @LimyPorcupine and Shidosha rocking the VF5 comms.

Evo went pretty well for me, felt like I got the redemption I wanted from a poor Combo Breaker performance. Can't complain at all about losing to Arslan in winners or JayGeorge in losers. Probably done traveling out of state for the year, will be back in 2026 :)

Jin players are really never gonna have to take a risk in this game.
It's so crazy that they made Jin's zen 1+2 an unseeable homing low that does a plus frames hit throw and it's still not launch on block.

Out at Evo, went 4-2 including a win in round 2 pools which puts me one match farther than last year. Gotta keep working I suppose but glad with my efforts honestly.

Day 190 of pleading for Heihachi's df1,2* to get nerfed. If it's going to be safe on block and beat armor and reversals it needs to not be natural or tornado on airborne.
