Here’s a hot take - Do I want to see Islam x Ilia? Absolutely. Is it the “biggest fight” in terms of talent/GOAT implications, yes…but Ilia x Paddy would sell more PPVs + be bigger in terms of hype/box office. The beef. The buildup. Both guys ‘selling’ the fight etc.

This fight was just warming up. Competitive round one. Both guys landing good shots. The optics of a bloody nose shouldn’t confuse people into thinking it was one sided. A close round. Had Ciryl 10-9 up to the eye poke. Need to run it back before years end tbh
