Carney gets a standing ovation at Davos for what is surely the most consequential address by a world leader in my lifetime. And he wrote it himself. This is one for the history books. This is what leadership looks like. https://t.co/6JnFzkqfnp

Heartbreaking. Not just an intellectual giant but a kind and generous human being. Show me anyone in this building, this entire field, who was not better off for having crossed paths with Fred Schauer.

Sad news. This may be an old fashioned thing to say, but it’s true: I had the good fortune of taking Con Law from Charles Fried as a 1L and truly, he was a scholar and a gentleman, a man of decency and integrity. His was a life in which his loved ones can take pride.
