Wow!! Just back from XPRO U13s cricket tour of Sri Lanka. Created a lifetime of memories as Lead Coach. Met with my old pal Roy Dias. The tour organised by Dalu Tours was exceptional. Played 6 games, trained in the nets at Galle and met some amazing people. 👍🏏😀

XPRO U13s 🏏 tour of Sri Lanka is outstanding. So many highlights….Competitive matches, training in the nets at the international ground at Galle , team building, comradely, Sri Lanka New Year games in the hotel, traffic chaos, things you’ll never see at home, Amazing!! 😀

Off to Sri Lanka tomorrow with XPro. County boys U13s from Lancashire and Derbyshire. Pre season training and 6 fixtures over 10 days. Trip to an elephant sanctuary and turtle farm. What a fantastic cricket, education and cultural experience for all. What’s not to like? 😀🏏😎

@RupertLowe10 I worked on many offshore construction vessels for decades that had people from multiple countries, religions and skin shades. The only diversity that mattered were the skills each person brought to the team to make a safe working environment. No one cared about anything else.

I don't care about diversity, and nor should you - we should judge people on character and ability alone. White, black, gay, straight, man, woman. It does NOT matter. I'm not interested in diversity - let's focus on MERIT.

Unbelievable cricket experience for the 🌹CAG U12s Boys at the Rugby School Cricket Festival over the past 3 days. Won 2 x 45 over matches. Lost 2 x T20 matches. Developing players was the theme and it was great to see the improved performances individually and collectively 👏👏

Good 1st development day for 🌹CAG U12s Boys at the Rugby School Festival. Despite weather curtailing the fixture Lancs won on DLS. Lancs 170-8 off 45 overs, Yorkshire 24-1 off 21 overs. Brilliant bowling and fielding in particular👏👏👏. On to Warwickshire this morning 😀🏏
