It was a awesome day at the track. @LukeCollins_15 PR in the 100m My 6 year old daughter competed for the first time My 11 year old niece competed for the first time. They both are inspired by their brother and cousin. I’m a blessed man!

Breakout performance today. 4 great weeks of training He was able to PR in the 100m today(10.897)into a slight headwind finishing.006 behind Jaylen Cole Ky 100m state runner up. Luke dominated the first 80m of the race. We will turn⬆️ up our speed endurance next week⚡️⚡️
