They used to have this thing called training camp. We’d practice a ton. Like twice a day. In full pads. It stinks and I’m not saying we need to return to those days … but practice in pads helps develop offensive lineman.
The NFL so desperately needs an OL development pathway. The number of offenses that die immediately once they lose a starting lineman or two is crazy.
