Head Coaches: Phase 1 of assessing assistant coaches 🏀 Rate loyalty / trustworthiness on a scale of 1-10. 🏀 If the AC rates a 10, keep him/her, regardless of how much basketball he knows & carve him out a role. 🏀 If the assistant rates less than a 10, get rid of him.

Really saddened to hear that the great Dikembe Mutombo passed away today. One of my favorite players to watch when he was in the league. As great as he was as a player, his most significant contributions came as a humanitarian who the world a better place. RIP
