The AIFF wants a minimum of Rs 37.5 crore annually from the company that wins the bid to monetise the rights of Indian football, which includes a 14-team top league. Bidders must have a networth of at least Rs 250 crore. Fifteen-year agreement. Bids to be opened on Nov 5.
