I can't stop thinking about that 9 year-old girl killed near my home town of Ballinasloe today. Out on her bike on a beautiful Bank Holiday Sunday but tragically struck by a car. Heartbroken for her family, thoughts with her 7 year old brother, lets hope he pulls through 🙏.

Fintan McCarthy & Paul O'Donovan are total legends but can't stop feeling for Sanita Puspure. A trailblazer, rowing for us at Olympics when no one else was. Young family but dedicated her life to this dream. Sometimes sport doesn't work out as it should, thinking of her today.

There is so much more to #Paris2024 than medals. My highlight yesterday, meeting Claire Bole’s, a reserve who got the call as an injury replacement in the morning, came off bench for @IrishRugby scored a try and became an @TeamIreland Olympian. Pure magic 🙌🇮🇪
