Year 2 spent an super afternoon weeding and planting in the community garden. They learnt all about seeds and plants in science and then put their knowledge to work. All their hard work will contribute not only to improving the area but to the coveted 'Green Peter' badge!!

In Science this week, Year 4 have been learning about the parts of the human digestive system and their function. We put together some actions to help us remember them.

Year 4 took part in an excellent Anti-Bullying VR workshop today. All of the children were fully immersed in the experience and had the opportunity to ask and answer lots of questions.

This afternoon's Little Ladybird Nursery class explored the 'Woodland Wonder' area... "We’re going on a bug hunt, we’re going to catch a big one!"

Today Elm engaged with an Anti-Bullying VR workshop. The children thoroughly enjoyed this and asked some amazing questions and gave some even better answers and suggestions.

Year 3 Maple class have been investigating shadows. We found out that the angle of our shadow changes as the earth rotates.

Last week, Damson enjoyed learning all about seeds and bulbs. We planted a range of seeds in our outside learning area. This week, we will plant some bulbs and complete some investigations in our community garden. Just look at the next generation of gardeners!
