According to the latest Gameinformer video, It seems Epics in Borderlands 4 will roll with more 'manufacturer behaviors' than Legendaries will. Encouraging more build diversity. @ProdigyXL do you mind explaining what that means? .From what I can see on epics, it doesn't look
