Rough design idea I had. The boots I understand but how on earth he gets away with big ass gloves on the police force I have no clue.
As much as itd be so funny if papyrus was some loser chud in DeltaRune I have to say ive been swayed to the theory of him being a Deputy in training as of recent simply because its funny and allows him to have similar parallels and such to his role in Undertale
