Just finished @DamilolaLizzie 's YINKA, WHERE IS YOUR HUZBAND? and oh my goodness, SUCH a fan!!! Loved how the book subverted typical romcom tropes. It was so authentic and such a breath of fresh air!! Def a must read!!

SOOO enjoyed @UzmaWrites' second book, Hana Khan Carries On! SO refreshing to read a novel focused on family, community, and the courage to stand up and speak out, with the romance as a fun subplot. Entertaining & timely read!

LOVED @AdamGidwitz's The Inquisitor's Tale and @metahatem's illustrations! The best kind of middle grade/YA book-- tackles big life questions & approaches history honestly, without seeking to water it down. Was totally engaged all the way through!!

Okay, finished this book in one day and kind of really depressed that the sequel is not out in the US yet. Amazing book, Anisha Bhatia w/ @AlcovePress!
