My view is to focus on the activities you enjoy and keep a balanced schedule. I for once know that I struggle with 100% clinical work. I am now trying to work 80%, which includes non-clinical activities. So far, feel it improved my work-life balance immensely #NextGenPsychiatry

In the future, I think psychiatrists will be focusing on the use of formulation. More than our diagnosing and prescribing skills, we will likely be overseeing and supporting professionals to deliver a holistic practice #nextgenpsychiatry
