I believe BSV can come back from the dead if:. 1) Craig establishes that he is Satoshi. 2) there is no 2. "F-toshi" narrative was always the only headwind. Dispel that and scale is the only valid game plan.

I would love to come back and do more art on BSV. but here's the reality:. Speculative assets like NFTs and memecoins act as leveraged plays on the underlying network, in this case BSV. Look at BSV's chart and tell me if u want to leverage that.

He's appealing to UK Supreme Court, so the saga continues. imo he never brought any slam-dunk evidence, so the case is very 50-50, could go either way. but Mellor's ruling was obscenely biased. Would love to see a fairer ruling, no matter the result.
Scratch the "loses appeal" – Looks like appeal's been rejected. I'm not sure if this is the end or any further recourse remains. Bitcoin apparently is no longer under the influence of its creator. CTO mode. Digital gold till the end. CSW should launch TimeChain w TeraNode.

There is a world where electrification is on gold wiring. but this is not that world. Bitcoin became digital gold. Something else will become the digital backbone of the global economy - the top blockchain. Solana is in the lead for now. BSV is dead. Long live Satoshi's Vision.

In hindsight this would have been the better approach, but I don't think he could have known that in advance, and course-correcting Bitcoin would have been heroic. Ultimately the final nail is not in the coffin for BSV until he loses the appeal.

Where does BSV go from here?. Assuming Craig loses on appeal (hopefully not, after bringing stronger evidence, but let's be realistic). Good people & good tech toiling under a dark cloud. User adoption negative. And he patented it all 🤣 tying everything to his reputation. Oof.

Michael Saylor understands Bitcoin (BTC) better than we in BSV can hope to, because our minds are full of Satoshi's ideas which are more valid than Saylor's. But Saylor is relating with bitcoin as it is.
1: Abandon your core business.2: Create nothing as a company.3: Repurpose all assets to buy BTC.4: Tell other companies to buy BTC.6: Never sell because "NGU 4eva!".7: Global productivity grinds to a halt.8: Profit? . What am I missing here?

Some will say BSV can still scale as a ghost town and then take over. But the reputational contamination is toxic to adoption. It has to be resolved with CSW being recognized in court as Satoshi, or BSV will remain stranded & never grow beyond a prototype.

I reconcile this for myself by imagining that in 2018, instead of trying to bend Bitcoin to his will, Craig had simply launched “TimeChain” from a fresh genesis block. It keeps my understanding of the two distinct and clean.

It is hard to understand Bitcoin as Satoshi intended it (P2P cash), and Bitcoin as it actually exists (digital gold). Both are very significant. Our limbic system prevents conflicting understandings, but this can be overridden if sufficient desire for truth is there.

Reading the Bitcoin white paper might have kept you from making a shit ton of money with it.

Hi @scryptplatform,. Is op_cat being switched back on on BTC?. Does this entail a soft fork? Do enough miners support it? . I thought disabled opcodes couldn't come back on because of segwit. .
Bitcoin smart contracts is just 1 #OPCAT 😼 away from being Turing Complete. There is no second best disabled opcodes
