Its fantastic to see seven taking onboard what myself, SOS and residents have said in regards to the original plans for the pool. on the face of it this new design is much improved and more in keeping with what residents want to see.
A new demolition application has been submitted by Seven Capital. View the docs here Send in any comments/objections to SDevelopmentControl@swindon.gov.uk quoting S/LBC/25/0182. However, good to see that the original pool layout has (mostly) been kept.

If anyone was still unsure as to why, this Is exactly why @jimrobbins was hugely misguided to make the statements he did. Potentially jeopardising any potential deals and hold swindon back. Some are arguing he should stand down over the matter.
