$TSLA breaking $420 with the VIX below 20 and SPX retracing more than 50% of recent high to low is exactly what we want to see for signs of risk on. Need to see the VIX close below 20 and for TSLA to reclaim $420. Looking specifically for TSLA to make a near term higher high.

If Fed fund futures for a Dec rate cut trend higher with these type of comments, this should set up for the year end chase this week. If not, then likely on 12/1 when QT ends. $TSLA should break $400+ on these tailwinds and the safety monitor removal next month is a bonus.
