This is a red clover and diploid perennial ryegrass mix , it has grown a massive amount of kilos of dry matter in the last few weeks with only rain and the sun's energy, no artificial fertiliser. Cattle grazed last Autumn , so how many tonnes of C02 has this field soaked up?

Yes , both . Would really like to go the whole way and go organic but can't work out a viable way to grow my fodder crops . Spent a fortune on getting my pH to the right place for clover and plan to maintain pH, p and k and that's it . Young grass and 🍀
