Incredibly grateful to have learned from Dr. Philippe Shnaider @CACBT this morning on how to enhance our treatment of #PTSD using #CognitiveProcessingTherapy. Very moved by his encouragement to prioritize trauma appraisals while working towards thoughts of looking forward.
This morning at #CACBT2023, Dr. Philippe Shnaider shares the importance of engaging in Socratic dialogue to ask questions that clarify, probe assumptions, explore reasons & evidence, and those that consider deeper meaning to help our clients think critically.
