I shouldn't have termed it tag teaming as we're making fundamentally different points. Alleyes posting about geofencing for the 1st time in ages just hours after my own geofencing analysis seemed golden. But, alas, I hoped we could all enjoy the renewed energy around geofencing.

Just to clarify: I didn't diagnose anyone. I contextualized publicly available psych testimony using current frameworks like trauma-informed & neurodiversity-aware models. That's not unethical - it's thoughtful, cautious & clearly marked as interpretive.

My point isn't that the geofencing/ phone data exists and is potentially exculpatory in general. I'm focusing on Richard Allen’s OWN phone data. That’s the piece I’ve been hammering. Something that wasn't argued by defense & hasn't been discussed enough online!.

I’m not trying to ‘restructure’ anyone’s space. Just connecting pieces that somehow were glossed over (like Allen’s own phone). If the work overlaps, great - it means we’re all onto something important. If it adds new layers, even better. Spotlight’s big enough for all of us.
@Docs_Delphi @Mandi_Rae_1 @shboogies There’s no guidebook for how to proceed after already trying to be diplomatic with a person comin in who turns around and starts incrementally trying to restructure an existing + developed space.

Speculation: If LE did use Google location in Delphi in 2017, it wasn’t through the official geofence process, which only became public in 2018. That would explain why LE found it easier to suppress?. Just thinking out loud. possible?. #richardallenisinnocent .#RichardAllen.

If FBI used Google location data in Delphi back in 2017 (as the Cheyenne phone call suggests), it wasn’t official geofencing - the first public warrants weren’t until 2018. That means Delphi may have been an early, under-the-radar test case. And that evidence? Buried?. #Delphi
