Spent a good chunk of today bottling this. We're bottling more because all this fall and winter Brune will be available at 50 or 60 @bcliquorstores. It wins awards. It tastes great. When was the last time you tried it?

This is not Zwanze day. Cantillon's annual celebration of spontaneously-fermented sour beer was on September 24th. The kegs didn't make it through Canadian customs in time. But we've got the kegs now, and we're tapping them four at a time at the brewery, starting today.
