Iāll end this whole thing with this. If you have some level of influence, you should have emotional intelligence. People starting out are very impressionable. If they follow you because they consider you a leader, consider their feelings too which is a basic human thing to do.

The one thing that grinds my gears is when these āgurusā want to sell a product, theyāll find the most degrading shit ever to say. You donāt have to say rubbish to sell your market. If people find value in the thing, theyāll pay for it whether you broke shame them or not.
