You should help the person Karen left stranded AND you have left on hold for 3 hours after violating the ADA. It is reprehensible to me that you instead want to sweep this under the rug instead of making this right. 😲 You SHOULD BE more concerned about the stranded victim

What did you Think when you kept disconnecting me while i'm on hold with 2 supervisors at @FedEx @FedExHelp and drop me into a Survey, because Samantha at FedEx Freight REFUSES to transfer me to a Supervisor when you failed to pick up my freight? Your Customer Service STINKS!!!
