There has been no resolve on a phone that was handed in to a Tmobile store , Feb , showing up as $1300 currently on my bill @TMobile . I just spoke to Rep Destiny and was abruptly disconnected. It isn't looking very customer friendly with this company.

I apologized to the gentleman sitting next to me, as the flight attendant did not apologized after dropping the bag on him. With all that's going on with air travel nowadays, sire @delta can so better in terms of their personnel training. This guy had NO HOME TRAINING much less!

This morning on a @Delta flight staff were understandably trying to accommodate all onboard luggage on a full flight and so I was asked to put my pull backpack under my seat. Problem is the attnd was rude impersonal while asking this & threw my bag in lap of old man next to me.
