Whippets take the 7-1 W over Shanahan. James Posner went 3-4 with 2R scored and threw 2.1 scoreless innings in relief of Austen Frye who earned the win. Brett Connolly and Danny Kershner both had two hits and Zach Slade scored 3 times.

West picks up the win 10-2 over Unionville. Alex Breitfeller earned the W tossing 5 innings and punching out 7. Brett Connolly went 3-5 with 4R scored. Zach Slade and Danny Kershner both added two hits and Andrew Nemchik threw two scoreless innings in relief.

Whippets get the win over Downingtown East 13-10. Brett Connolly went 2-3 with a grand slam, 5RBIs, and 3 runs scored. James Posner drove in 3 runs and earned the W in relief. Jake Downie added 2 hits and 2R and Luke Dovidio scored 3 runs including the go ahead run in the 7th.

Whippets advance in the PIAA State Playoffs with a 7-0 W over Wilson. Drew Turner tossed 6 shutout innings for the W allowing only 3H. Matt DiOttavio blasted a grand slam and Jay Slater went 3-4 with an RBI. West will play Hempfield on Monday in the semifinals.

Whippets open the PIAA State Playoffs with an 11-1 win over Central HS. Stephen Furia allowed 4H and 1R over 6IP with 6K and went 2-4 at the plate with 2RBI. Jake Kucera went 2-3 with a 2B, 3B, 2RBI, and 3R, and Matt DiOttavio added 3H. West will face Wilson HS at 12PM Thursday.
