So my recommendation is to purchase a @NespressoUSA They have a great customer service team and covered a machine that malfunctioned. @Keurig gets a ZERO. I have a ton of K Cups that will be hitting the trash can

Sorry rant of the day: @Keurig has poor customer service. Their K Cup Supreme coffee maker stopped working and they are not willing to assist. Purchased within a year and presumably under warranty. Their answer: “Sorry.. unfortunately..”

I will keep everyone informed to see how @Keurig responds to their K Cup Supreme machine issues. Nothing from Their customer service. Poor communication.
