Summary judgment is risky. Depends on the judge selected. Also can take time. I’ve been waiting on a summary judgment against Atlanta for 3 years. Still hopeful for a resolution this year.

$NAK If the news was bad price would have dropped today. There is no way Trumps America First EPA continues shenanigans. It’s not happening. Everyone chill and enjoy the 4th of July. Lots to be thankful for and we will be rewarded.

If The House passes the BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL today, it rolls back the clean water provisions. Expect the intention to remove the veto news to be released shortly after.

By the end of July we’ll look back and realize how early we truly were. I’ll keep adding below $2.
