Central West Division officers stopped at V’s lemonade fundraiser today. Officers picked up a delicious drink of lemonade. The fundraiser supports Sick Kids Hospital and is in its 3rd year with a 2024 total of $1950.00 @DRPS

The driver of the boat was arrested for impaired operation by @DRPSCWDiv officers on scene. A member of the public contacted 911 as they suspected the driver of the boat to be impaired. If you suspect someone is impaired, you can save lives by calling 911.
@DRPSCWDiv officers responded to reports of a boat crash on Lake Ontario, just near the Whitby Pier. With the Assistance of our Marine Unit, Fire and EMS, along with members of the public, all 3 parties on board were brought to the shore safely. No reported injuries. WP
