NYRA CEO David O'Rourke said that NYRA, as of Jan. 1, will restrict all CAW play in nearly all pools to "retail levels" as of one MTP. As in, CAW can still batch unlimited bets up to 1 MTP, but then must limit bets to under 6 per second after that.
