DP TO MEET KATIKKIRO AT BULANGE MMENGO TODAY 7 JANUARY 2021 AT 11.00 AM DP will be visiting the Katikkiro at Buganda Kingdom Headquarters in Bulange today Thursday 7th January 2021 at 11.00 am. This kind of official visit is what is called "Okukiika Embuga" in Kiganda culture.
