Tory Horton announced today that he will return for a third season at CSU (fifth overall). The athletic wide receiver has been first-team All-Mountain West each of the past two seasons with the Rams. He’s had 167 catches for 2,267 yards & 16 TD in that span. Huge win for CSU.
