Big thanks to the jurors for IGF / GDCA who thought Inscryption was cool! Some of these games were pretty amazing so it must have been a very hard decision. But the biggest thanks goes to the guy backstage who gave me the cardboard box🙏

Unfortunately some pretty major bugs occurred while recording the footage for this trailer and I'm so busy getting ready for release that we didn't have time to re-record. I'd recommend STOPPING the trailer at around 2:00 and then finding a trailer for a less buggy game! 😑

provided the key to unlocking Inscryption's art style with a shader that snapped dark colors to a defined palette but left bright colors alone. This created the effect of sharp shadows that perfectly blend together while still allowing the lit cards to be legible.
