Door Dash sucks!!! @DoorDash I was a loyal customer for over 5 years. That ended tonight. I placed an order and delivery time kept getting pushed back. After 2 hours I canceled the order. Door Dash’s response: Sorry. This is not our normal level of service.

5/ This is horrible cust. service. @Marriott is this how you treat your customers? You deflect them by insulting them. You keep reminding the cust. that it was a free upgrade. I didn’t ask for an upgrade. It was offered because of my status. @MarriottBonvoy is this acceptable?

4/ He agreed. By this point I was starting to raise my voice. I was not yelling but I was speaking loudly. He then told me I was being rude and the whole conversation switched to how rude I was being. I never swore or insulted him. I was speaking loudly.

3/ The assistant front office mgr came out and explained what the hold up was. The previous guest had requested a 4:00pm checkout and there weren’t any other available suites. I asked why wasn’t I told that 4 hours ago. I would have kept my original room.

2/ I waited in the concierge lounge for over 4 hours with no call. I went down to the desk and asked if my room was ready. I was told it was still being cleaned. At this point it was almost 4:30 and check in is at 3:00. I asked to speak to the mgr.

I had the great misfortune to stay at the Marriott Capital District hotel in Omaha today. I am a frequent guest at this hotel. I checked in at 12:15pm and was told I was upgraded to a suite but it was still being cleaned. 1/

These patients are peri peri peri arrest and they need blood that second, and they scare me tbh, and the number of times I’ve seen it handed over “but they’re okay their BP is stable” and 😱

Eg BP 100/60 MAP = 72. x 80 = 5760 / 2000 = 2.88L/min HR of 150 means stroke volume of 19ml when normal is 60-100ml

Every so often I see people reassured when actively bleeding patients have a systolic BP of 100. To get a ballpark multiply their MAP by 80 and then divide that by 2000 (a squeezed shut systemic vascular resistance in stupid units - dynes.sec/cm5)
