The entire region has been under a hotly contested war for political control of the school board on each district. The war is being led by the Bucks County NAACP and a group funded by Indivisible and the local @Democrats. Over the last 6 years its been an all out attack.

The three districts belong to the Upper Bucks Intermediate unit under the leadership of Mark Hoffman. His wife Lisa Hoffman is the "acting" Superintendent of Quakertown since the hired on is on unplanned immediate leave as of about 2 weeks ago.

For those of you not familiar with this area and the players who inspired this and their subsequent actions...a small thread. Quakertown HS is in Bucks County PA. It shares a Votech school with Pennridge and Palisades School districts. The three districts are tied together.
UPDATE: Quakertown HS (@OfficialQCHS) in PA has CANCELED its planned anti-ICE student walkout following our report, citing "student safety and well-being."
