Heddiw, rydym yn dathlu #SocialPrescribingDay gyda llwyddiant ein rhaglen #LlesCreadigol a ariennir gan #UKSPF. Cymerodd dros 2,000 o unigolion ran a dangosodd yr adroddiad gwerthuso fod 83% wedi cael newid cadarnhaol yn eu lles meddyliol!

Today we celebrate #SocialPrescribingDay with the success of our #CreativeWellbeing programme funded by #UKSPF. Over 2,000 individuals participated and the evaluation report showed that 83% had a positive change in their mental well-being!

Tomorrow it's 'National Inspire Your Heart with Art Day', something @ysgolgellifor and @BetsiCadwaladr Ruthin Community Hospital are already doing with funding from @DVSC_Wales Dementia Aware grant - a partnership project we are really proud of, led by artist Jude Wood 😍🎨.
Years 3, 4 and some of Year 5 visited Ruthin Community Hospital again as part of their project with DLL Communities & Celf Arts. The children spent time with the residents practicing Chinese Calligraphy. Another beautiful afternoon 💖.@DLLCelfArts @DLLCommunities @ysgolgellifor
