I spent all day with @DIRECTV @DIRECTVhelp 12pm-6pm back & 4th trying to figure out why 691 no longer works but 690 does &why they both work in my app. After trouble shooting none of the channels above work on tv or app & directv has zero answer just trying to sell another pack
