Sambalpur Police constituted a special team with IICs of Town PS, Dhanupali PS and Rengali PS for detection and recovery of stolen vehicles. 21 motor cycles were recovered in raids conducted in Jujumura, Charmal, Rairakhol, Rengali, Sambalpur and Boudh.

Bijepur Police raided a duplicate Foreign liquor manufacturing unit and Seized 120 bottles of duplicate foreign liquor , 75 litres of Denatured spirit among other incriminating articles. One accused has been arrested. A case has been registered and is under investigation.
