P.S. Confession time! Mouthwash isn’t a post-brush rinse — it’s best used between brushings, like after lunch, so you don’t wash away the fluoride that protects your teeth!.If you're unsure if mouthwash is right for you, check with your dental team.

The Health Behvaiour in School-aged Children (HBSC) Trends Report shows 72.5% of 10-17 year olds brush their teeth more than once a day (2022) vs 57.6% (1998). Good to see this improvement yet nearly 3 in 10 still skip regular brushing.
