The weather is getting cooler so that means playtime in central playground for #dessfs1green. We explored the pirate ship in our outdoor play ground. We climbed up the steps and went down the slide, we ran around and crossed the bridge. We had a great morning

#dessfs1yellow During Mindfulness this morning we were thinking about facial expressions, the position different parts of our face were in depending on what we were doing. Were our lips open or closed, teeth showing or hidden, could we see our tongue?

On Friday, we took our learning outdoors. We practiced our squiggles, “side to side” on the wall outside. #DESS #DESSFs1orange. Squiggle is really important for our gross motor skill development and will help us with our letter formation.

#DESSFS1Blue had a fantastic PE Lesson today showing their running, throwing, catching and kicking ball skills. After that we did balancing on an obstacle course! It was such an excellent PE Lesson, we cannot wait and are so excited for our next PE Lesson next week! Well done! ⚽️
