I ran Descent into Avernus but I did it as a sequel to Waterdeep Dragonheist. It worked surprisingly well. I just skipped the Balders Gate part and I had players already invested in their characters and a great continuation of our game. #dnd #dnd5e #dungeonsanddragons #waterdeep
